What actually happens: it burns clean and smells like a real forest for the first 30 to 60 minutes. After that the scent turns, and it smells like a wet dog that has been sleeping in a Christmas tree lot. That is the entire product. Nobody should buy this expecting otherwise.
Best deployed when relatives arrive for the holidays, lit about ten minutes before they knock.
