Our 14-day guarantee

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

What can't be returned

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.
• Items that have been used, lit, opened, or otherwise are no longer in original condition.
• Gift cards.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back before hearing from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email [email protected] within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
